3/5 - Okay
I would go back here if I had to spend another overnight on a connection in London because it does the job and they were great about the whole pandemic mess.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Great touch providing a free mini bar.

Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the ac in our room did not work and it was very hot in the room, woke up in the night and the room was 24c. The hotel seems quite run down and a little freshen up would be great.
