"While the staff was accommodating and friendly, we encountered issues with the elevator not working properly, and then a major plumbing problem that flooded the first floor. There was also no water in the spa. Any other time I would have given it another star in each catergory."

"The room was very clean, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was delicious. The parking area is spacious and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Our stay here was great! "

"I am awaiting a refund from this day as the powers was out and I could not stay there. They said refunds must be issued through expedia"

"Paid through Expedia and the hotel charged me again when I checked in. Had to take care of all of that at check out which made me late. Hotel was nice and had a nice bar/pool and work out area. "

"We walked to the room and the hallway was dirty and smelled of marijuana. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she was non-responsive. We checked out without moving one suitcase into the room. We knew we were responsible for 1 night out if the 3 and are waiting for our refund. This IHG property was independently owned and did not recommend another IHG property. We are members and wanted to stay in an IHG property. We still have not heard from the hotel and there is no refund yet. I do not recommend!"
