"Apparently the entire place was under construction with hammering and drilling in the room above my room at 7-8am. Called to make complaint to lobby, no phone in the room. Staff was not helpful with the construction issue, said there was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t allow me to do a late checkout. Constant knocking on my hotel door between 9-11am to see if I was checked out yet. Checkout is at 11, in my opinion they should have left me alone after the first knock at 9am until checkout time frame at 11am but no… 3 different people total came knocking at my door between 9-11am plus the construction noise that started between 7am-8am. Bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Terrible place to try and get proper rest."
