"Good breakfast, great value for money. My single room was a good size, but the bed wasn't great. The bathroom, was also fine, although the shower had very poor pressure. For the money, it is absolutely fine - just don't have unrealistic expectations!"

"Parking - I managed to park about 80 yards away - uphill. There is closer street parking on a meter Checking in waa actually enjoyable - very friendly and very comprehensive. I think my room was room 6 - compact sea view double on 2nd floor. It was compact for sure. It's not possible to walk past the end of the bed..it has to be a kind of shuffle and would be difficult for less agile folk. Bathroom all worked although there isn't much water pressure in the shower. Everywhere was clean, tidy and provided what could be expected. The view is beautiful and makes it all a great place to stay in my book."

"It was value for money £35 per night but it is very tired and needs a lot of tiding up. I had to ask for toilet rolls when I got to my room also the mug was still dirty so had to ask for a clean one. Saying that I slept well and the staff were helpful when asked."

"It is very nice budget accommodation. The location is outstanding, right on the beach. The parking could be a challenge. It cost £10 a day. Shower was lovely hot. All restaurants are close by. Including band stand. We have a lovely stay. We will come back again"

"From check in to check out the reception staff went over and beyond with fantastic customer service and hospitality. We stayed in a superior suite on ground floor with our pug. There was a cute little welcome pack for our dog with some treats, a toy etc which was a lovely surprise. Tea,coffe and biscuit packs were also complimentary which was really handy. The suite was equipped with EVERYTHING and more and was clean, spacious and had a fantastic shower and modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything plus a washing machine. Location was perfect and we found free off road parking in a nearby road. Osborne apartments was close to the beach, shops and restaurants/pubs. We will definitely return to this place next time we go to Eastbourne."
