“Room was a lovely size and well decorated. Room was relatively clean, with the exception of a few dead bugs in the windows. Room service was slightly disappointing with some items not arriving, and no answer on the phone after to sort it. 10 calls and a voicemail. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean, lovely bathroom with a big shower (the included toiletries smelled amazing too!).
