“This was my second stay at this facility in the last 3 months. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only issue we had was that we had to get our room key reactivated every night that we came back to get into our room. A little inconvenient but staff was prompt in getting it fixed.”

“Do not book here. You will be disappointed! Amenities do not work. Had to use pliers to get the stovetop to work. No cable for two days. No hot water for two days. Washers in the laundry do not work. We had to go off site to wash clothes. Incorrectly charged for pets. Site says $85 per dog per week. It’s $200 per dog per week. Suspicious charges & rate changes on our card.”

“A nice, clean, well staffed hotel/motel.”

I long for the good old days when you had access to a little bar of soap, a little bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I hit my head twice on the bracket holding the the bottles of shampoo, etc. For the second day I purchased a bar of soap at Wal-Mart and felt like I was truly clean. How far have the brakfasts fallen at Holiday Inn Express? I used...
