“There were three of us that stayed for a full 7 days at the Picturesque Monarch 2bdr Condos on the 13th floor. There were two bedrooms, one of which you could barely move around in. “Went days without toilet paper. I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole". “When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds. “I enjoyed my trip very well. Dishes but no area to clean them. Used 2 glasses in total. Great location with minimal window view. Close to everything and staff were pleasant. Coffee downstairs at the coffee and donut place was the best. Loved the stay*****”

“Was a quiet and beautiful place. Set aside from the hustle of the rest of oahu. Huge condo very clean and modern with all the amenities of home. The whole place..the grounds , the pools, the ponds and beaches, the bar at the beach with live music.. . Absolutely a great place to spend a week. “Negative: - would be nice if parking is available onsite. - bathroom need upgrades 1) tile ceiling is outdated. There are some gaps and holes. - gaps on AC exhausts to the wall attachment - street noise is too much sometimes but this can be fix with dual pane Window.
