"It was definitely a beautiful view from our room but probably not worth the amount of money we spent. 7 nights $4k for a view with the diamond head mountain and ocean and it was a gorgeous view but none of the amenities actually felt worth it or worth the price of that stay."

"The Libby felt a bit like Vegas - busy all the time because there are so many guests, but the ocean front room delivered views of sea turtles from the balcony, the food was surprisingly good and the infinity pool is terrific. My son said it was the perfect room, though next time he wants to try a more laid back resort style."

The Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu, Turtle Bay

The Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu, Turtle Bay

10/10 Excellent
"What a beautiful hotel! Right on the water with a full 360 view of the ocean no matter where you are. Definitely on the pricy side, but we wanted to splurge a little since we were on our honeymoon. The area is pretty remote, so Ubers were hard to come by- strongly recommend pre-ordering one if you plan on leaving the grounds and want to make sure you have a ride back. We participated in the free yoga classes they offered as well as heard some great live music at night. The cafe had great coffee and breakfast options (Recommend the croissant or the burrito) and the desserts at the "beach house" were amazing! We plan on coming back for a few nights before exploring other islands since the area is just stunning and feels so relaxing."

"We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and yoga sessions with Mia. Outstanding location - close to, but away from, the busy Honolulu area. Short drive to the north shore beaches."

"I was surprised to see the condition of the hotel for the amount of the rooms. The carpet throughout the hallways and rooms was dirty. The first room we were given had a musty smell, but the staff corrected it right away. Because I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) they were not able to adjust the room price from ocean view to city view."

"The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The rooms are dated, stuck in the late 80's. There was a lingering tobacco smell in my room. The carpet was in a bad shape. All the bathroom and kitchen surfaces and appliances were old and in rough shape. The cable TV STB in the bedroom wasn't working due to a bad connection but I was able to fix it. The employees were very nice and hospitable - they exceeded my expectations."
