"At check in- the females at the front desk were not help. 1 was on the phone about poor maid services and dirty rooms while the other female was on her personal phone. Then when we got to our room, there was an unwrapped bar of soap that looked used and a used washcloth on the counter. The bedding didn’t look like they were changed and 1 bed smelled like cologne. The furniture were dusty as well."

"Locations in downtown flag don't get better than this. Great eateries nearby, great onsite bar and options. One thing to keep in mind... The place is a club on sat night so if you are early to bed don't book the second or third floor. We were in a suite on the second and it was pretty loud. I must say it wasn't too loud for any of us to fall asleep and stay asleep. Just something to keep in mind. Parking can also be tricky with their small lot. I'd get there a little before check-in."

"Hotel is very comfortable and staff is great. However, breakfast was not good. The eggs and meat tasted horrible. Basically, then, just a continental breakfast of things that you could actually eat. There were five of us traveling together and none of us were willing to eat there another morning and we were there for three mornings. So if you’re going here to avoid having to pay for breakfast out you might want to stay elsewhere. If you don’t care about breakfast, then this is a great place to stay."

"The only thing I could think of that needed to be improved was the carpet in the room needing cleaned other than that it was great. Theme was adorable and grounds were kept neat. Plus the music by the pool was a plus and the lady that checked us in was awesome"
