"I never write detailed reviews, but this hotel deserve it, so others know what they will find. This hotel is terrible, but don't believe me, look at the pictures yourself. First, try to find it! no directions, indications or clues on the hotel location. We found it by reading a guest review from 2019!. Not a single word of english, so be prepared to use translator intensively (not a problem of the hotel, just a recommendation). No front desk, just another room where it seems the attendant is...

"Got to the hotel At 8pm only to be told that there were no rooms available even though we booked 6 months and had paperwork that it was confirmed. We have read reviews that this has happened before. So at 8pm just off the plane and tired, we had to find another hotel. No would not recommend this hotel. Too unreliable "

"Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."

"I was fortunate to be able to stay here for 10 days. It was perfect in every way - especially the quality of everything, and it was the only hotel in China during my month-long visit that had full-throttle internet - being able to get to sites that I couldn't get to from other hotels. The staff was very pleasant and hard-working."
