"We truly enjoyed the pools, my grandkids loved being in the pools and the Ocean, which staff clean of seaweed. Our room was very clean, the kitchenette was excellent, as was the washer and dryer , lots of activities,we enjoyed our stay "

"Seadust Cancun is a great resort to visit for your trip. The pools are clean, beach is amazing, clean resort all around, and the staff is beyond kind. Overall a good experience besides the food. The food was truly disgusting. I by no means am a food critique but both myself and my wife were greatly disappointed and let down. Out of our 4 days here we ate out for the last 2. The food taste either flavorless or too sweet and has an outrageous odor to almost everything. If you care about your food and don’t want to feel sick after taking a bite, suggest looking elsewhere or choosing to eat out."

"The hotel had three of its 5 restaurants that were closed for renovation. This was not mentioned when I made the booking or even at check in. The hotel map listed the restaurants so we were surprised to find them closed. The rest of the hotel was ok. In our room the bathroom did not have an exhaust and the faucet design was bad and water spilled out into the floor. "
