Nothing like the photos. View of a wall. The lobby smelt like mould. Hasn’t had a renovation for 40 years. Bed spread was terrible and old.

○接客は良いと思います。 ○朝食は食べてないので評価できません。 ○部屋の照明は暗すぎると感じました。 照明を増やして明るさを調整できるように した方が良いと思いました。 ○空調の温度調節が難しいです。更新すべき ではないでしょうか。 ○リゾート&スパの風呂があれでは貧相です。 下足場所がよくわからなかったです。 また利用したい立地と接客ですので、是非 ハード面の改善をお願い致します。

駅や飲屋街から大変近いので便利でした 部屋に関しては、清潔感に欠けました。 内装が剥がれたまま、埃がたまっている、浴室のカビが落とされていない、トイレも蓄積した汚れが残っている など、気になってしまいました。 アクセスが良いので予約は問題なく入るかと思いますが、その点が改善されていくとさらに良いかなと思います。

駅チカです。 少し歩けば地下街に降りられるので多少の雨なら傘要らずです。ちょっと歩けば俗にいう飲み屋街で呼び込みの人も出てる道沿いに1番近いコンビニです笑 お部屋広くて良かったです！

部屋のドライヤーがついたり、つかなかったりでした。 地下のお風呂がよかったし、洗剤など貸して頂き助かりました。 お部屋も朝食もとてもよかったです。ありがとうございました。

Pros: • The hotel staff are friendly and eager to assist. • Rooms are large. • The decor is dated but adds charm. • The beds are comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout the stay. • The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to both the train and metro stations, making it simple to explore Yokohama and nearby areas. • Behind the hotel and in the adjacent underground metro station corridor, there are surroundings filled with Izakayas, perfect for enjoying local nightlife and authentic dining experiences. • The hotel is a short walk from a variety of shops, restaurants, and the Yokohama professional baseball stadium, making it ideal for both leisure and business activities. • The hotel offers great value for its location, especially compared to other options in the area. Cons: • The shower curtain had mold, but it was promptly replaced upon request. However, the curtain was not wide enough for the rod, causing some water spillage during showers. • Dust was noticeable along the room’s baseboards, indicating a need for more thorough cleaning. • The slippers provided were too small, making them uncomfortable for guests with larger feet. • While the hotel is comfortable, the amenities are basic and may not meet the expectations of those seeking luxury or additional comforts. The Breezbay Hotel Resort and Spa could be a good option for travelers looking for a wallet-friendly option with easy access to local attractions and lively surroundings.

海外在住で日本一時帰国で、今回初めての宿泊しました。　14階の朝食のビュッフェは種類が多くて宿泊のお値段もリーズナブルで、野毛飲食街の目の前なので昼食や夕食にも全く困りません。部屋も綺麗でとても良いホテルでした。 スタッフの方々も親切で、旅行カート２つの重さを測るための測りを出してきていただいてお陰で旅行カートの重さを事前にわかり、空港のチェックインで荷物の入れ替えをするようなバタバタすることがなかったです。スタッフのご配慮に感謝です。 唯一の改善希望点としては、部屋内のコンセント以外にUSBポートが２、３個備え付いているとより便利だと思いました。 それ以外は申し分ありません。
