部屋のリクエストにも即座に対応いただきました。部屋はデスク周りに大きな鏡がなかったのが残念です。エキストラベッドも入ってトリプルとなっていましたが、通路が狭くなっており、通路にあるベッドのカバーのすそに靴が絡まって転倒してしまいました。浴室ドアも近いので、年配の人は注意が必要と思いました。全体的に過ごしやすいよいホテルだったと思います。みなとみらいや中華街も歩いて行ける距離でした。また宿泊したいです。

建物は少し年季が入っていますが、洗面台もお湯が十分出るし、部屋も総じて清潔です。トイレ・お風呂も最近改装しているようで真新しくきれいでした。トリプルで宿泊したためベッド間が最低限の通路のみとなり、室内がかなり狭かったですが、寝るだけなら問題ないかと。気になったのは、湯沸かしポットはあるもののマグカップやお茶などの備品はありません。カップラーメン用なのかな？到着早々、お茶を飲もうと思ったら持参する必要があります。（１Ｆにウェルカムドリンクは用意してありますが。。。）また、部屋によるのか分かりませんが、トイレ・お風呂は室内フロアーより30cmほどの段差がありました。後期高齢者の家族は躓いて転び危なかったので、出入りの際はお足元に重々ご注意ください。（トイレの正面に3rdベッドがあってよかった）

コンパクトなお部屋でしたが、華奢ではない私でも十分寛げました。コンビニやそば屋も近く、遅めに晩御飯を食べるにも困りません。チェックインの時に現地で朝食を付けましたが、とても美味しくいろいろ食べられて良かったです。

Wir waren in der Unterkunft für 3 Nächte. Sie ist sauber und das Personal super lieb. Check-in hat total schnell geklappt. Wir sind nur zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen und konnten alles innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen. Das Hotelzimmer war ziemlich klein. Die Koffer konnten nur auf dem Bett auf gemacht werden. Daher, das Hotel ist für die Lage super, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.

受付時の説明が業務的すぎでした(感じは悪くないです)。近くで別のスタッフが作業してる音で聞き取りにくくても、早口で小声で、抑揚のない話し方で、伝えてるのか質問してるのかさえ分からない時もありました。他問題なし、狭いのも機能的な範囲だし、アメニティがフロントにしかないのも時代に合ってるし。寝床としては文句なしでした。

フロントの対応親切で感じが良かったです。部屋に関して埋込時計でも掛け時計でもあるともっと良いと思います。ベッドヘッド部分埃目立ったので評価３。枕硬くもなく柔らかさ好みとスプリングも良かった。時間の都合で朝食オプションつけなかったが、クロワッサン買えましてすごく美味しかった、次回是非利用してみたい。
