“Hôtel avec de grandes chambres et un personnel très accueillant. Il se peut que le service de chambre ne passe pas tous les jours pour nettoyer la chambre”

“Transporte gratuito a todos lados, excelente.”

“The location is great to watch the waterfall. The front desk attendant was very helpful. She arranged the a driver to take us to the railway station.”

“A lovely owner that did everything he could to help. Rooms were ok. Beautiful view. But we did not get any cleaning in our 4 days there. We did not even get new towels in bed sheets in 4 days. The garbage was not taken in 4 days either”

“The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. The room cost was triple the price. They sent us to a different location pretty far and without the view we reserved. They offered breakfast and different amenities without given any. We reserved the hotel because of the view of the falls and they sent us to a different hotel. I will not recommend at all. Right now we...

“시설도 깨끗하고 공연도 볼만 합니다. 가족과 함께 같이 숙박시설 이용하면 좋네요”

“The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service.”

“위치도 좋고 깨끗하고 친절해서 좋았습니다. ”

“W hotelu jest dobrze wyposażona siłownia, świetna do rozciągnięcia ciała po całym dniu zwiedzania. W łazience woda nagrzewa się bardzo szybko, strumień jest stabilny, prysznic był zawsze przyjemny.”

“깨끗하고 친절함. 천문산 주변 최고, 옆에 골프장도 있어요”

“Stunning Grand Hotel quality for a fraction of 5Star price. Just NOT to look for it on DiDi by name, only by address: Avatar Valley Grand Hotel is actually “ Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Hotel” We had luck with a friendly DiDi driver that helped us and called their local number to verify location. Breakfast buffet room looks like an Opera House. Swimming Pools are huge. Not crowded at all for the 1400 rooms available. Late August, maybe seeemed maybe 10% occupied. Amazingly helpful Staff...

“Clean hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. Close to Tianmen Mountain.”

“Didn’t really like anything the picture is not the real hotel they put a picture of another building ( 72 wonders) the hotel name in English is different from the real name hotel , I had a hard time finding the hotel , taxi driver left me in another place, had to take another taxi and even when I found the hotel I thought I was in the wrong place , the location was also in a residential place with no restaurants around with English menu , the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray, people were...
