The best part about this guesthouse is I do not see the staff but is there ready to get back to guests through messages. It is easy to do laundry on the rooftop."

"Clean and great location just a 5 minute walk from Hongik University station. Bonus…it is on the airport line and for a mere 5500 won for the fast train to terminals 1 and 2 to/from Incheon Airport, and Gimpo airport is a stop as well. The 1 Line is a straight line to Jamsil and Lotte Tower and popular stops in central Seoul. Shopping on Honguate is just about 5/10 minute walk. Olive Young store for a comprehensive selection of Korean skincare is super close as well to the Daol Guesthouse....

The building is older and there are some signs of gentle wear and tear, but Jin made a great effort to make it comfortable, and it provides excellent value given the price, location, and amount of space for our family of 4. One thing I didn’t necessarily know (but I probably could have found on the website) is that it is not luggage friendly or handicap accessible. That’s not any fault of the owners, but I FYI to others, I did have to drag several suitcases up three floors! "
