“I took a trip with my child, and the kid-friendly pool was fantastic! We got to try a variety of cuisines, and the food at the individual restaurants was far superior to the buffet. He was our assistant at the resort and helped with every detail of our stay. 10/10 recommend. Only con: we couldn’t enjoy the beach on the resort. “We loved the property and amenities; the staff is very professional, and the service is great in all areas. However, the specialty restaurants La Locanda & Steakhouse have very poor air conditioning inside, which makes the dinner experience super uncomfortably hot. Someone in our party even felt so bad that she could not finish the meal and had to step outside of the restaurant, it is a shame since we booked this hotel for a party of 6, and ended up having such a bad experience.”
