Resort was clean, not too big so you can walk around. Rooms were very comfortable and cozy, food and drinks were okay. We had a good time over all .. just a bit disappointed with the food and beverages. We got a swim up-room, we loved our room location and i got a mini cake since i went to celebrate my birthday.

I think the grounds and staff are wonderful. However, the coati and racoons overran the place and made the entire trip a bust. It was difficult to enjoy the swim-up room because coati and racoons can access the balcony so you are forced to go in if you do not wirh to interact the animals. Not my ideal trip. Extremly disappointed.

Swim up room on the adults only side at El Beso was fantastic! The room was clean, and bucket decorated. This is a very well maintained resort. Buffet was phenomenal, with so many options, changing significantly daily. On site “reservation” restaraunts were delicious, with lots of options. The lower beachside restaraunt was being renovated, which would have been nice to know as we booked. It was very loud, and very disorganized at the beach, and beach pool. Did appreciate the satellite bar set up daily down there! Lots of wildlife at this resort! The staff was fantastic, the spa was nice. It’s a very clean, very well maintained resort. Has a discteque, live entertainment- and a bowling alley.

This was our first stay at this hotel and would like to say we did enjoy our time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was also very clean and was kept that way throughout our stay. Just to say that Iram ? who kept our room tidy done some amazing towel creations of animals. It was nice to see when people were smoking on their balcony and by the pool they were informed of the rules about not smoking and only smoke in the designated areas by the staff. It was my wife's birthday and it was nice that a little something was done in the room for her. The food in the buffet was mostly good but sometimes was a challenge for my wife to put evening meals together because she is a fussy eater. She did not have this problem in the H10 hotel we stayed in Jamaica. The restraints that we ate at were very good with good food choices. The beach was clean and tidy. The sea had lots of rocky areas but were smooth to walk on but wearing beach shoes solved the problem. There are some sandy areas as well in the sea. Good place to do some snorkelling. Just like to thank the Arely and Marlene for there help with extending our check out time and also Donny in the bowling area. Overall had a great time.

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise and had an absolutely fabulous holiday from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and provided the perfect setting for a fantastic getaway. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made a difference and helped make our holiday so special. Everything about our experience was fantastic, from the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere to the food, facilities, and overall service. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. A huge thank you to all the team at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our holiday so memorable. Everything was honestly fantastic until we were conned into their Premium Travel Club presentation and lied to about what it was. We were told we were being given a $1,000 gift card to return to their properties because the season was slow and business was down. They said we could sign up for a tour of the “Privilege” areas and after they showed us we get our gift card. This is not what occurred, it was a multi hour dragged on sales pitch for their “Travel Club”. Wasted our entire morning and then when we tried to simply walk out and leave, they told us if we didn’t stay, the lady who took us on the tour earlier would be in trouble. Walked out immediately and it ruined our day.

Everything was great at this resort. Only the elements that were not in their control were unideal. The sea grass, and the beach erosion. Well that and their H10 club they try to convince you to waste your $ on & then attempt to shame you for going to the presentation when you nicely articulate the ignorance of it. But the food, the service, the rooms, the price, the pools, the entertainment... perfect.

Property was very nice, the Mayan show was awesome! Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would say that the buffet they have is going to be the best food they have on the resort but the other places were not bad. The main down side would be how rocky the beach was, there was a lot of seaweed when we went but that’s just the season we went in. Overall I’d say the resort was a 9/10

Me gustó demasiado el hotel pero definitivamente tienen que poner mejor música más latina ( en español porfa) y que los trabajadores sepan un poco más de lo que tienen pregunte alas 9pm por una tienda y tuvimos que caminar 30 minutos para conseguir una cuando me di cuenta que tenían una adentro del hotel!

For starters, we were misrepresented by stating the resort was an all adults resort. It is definitely not. Out of over 900 rooms only a little over 200 are all adult. You do the math. There is only one section for adult rooms and adult swim in bar. The adult swim up bar closes at 5pm although the family pool closes at 6pm. The food options at the buffet was very disappointing. First time I ever complained about the buffets, and I have been to many resorts in mexico for the past 20 years. Did not appreciate children screaming and running around the lobby bar at 10 pm at night from 4 years old and up, buffet area, and everywhere else on the resort will absolutely not be back, and will not refer this resort to anyone that is expecting an all adult. I personally feel I should be given a monetary credit for the misrepresentation. I went there to relax not to be underfoot by many children. I have friends that have booked this resort for october i am going to suggest they change and book else where. Very disappointing experience!!!

There is good and bad staying here. The good, Dinners for a party of 2 is easy to get. Room was clean and comfortable. Drinks in the lobby are good. I enjoyed going to the Piano bar when the guy was playing, only Friday and Saturday nights, we also had good service at the dinners. The bad, Japense restuarant is the worst for food that I have ever been to in Mexico. CONSTANT time share push. They will ask you to come to a meeting 2-3 times a day. Very pushy on time share here. The buffet servers are horrible. Need to use the servers to get any drinks. More times then not they would take your order and never come back. This is not adults only. Just the building is. We found everyone coming to the El Baso pool that should not be and smoking is done everywhere in the adult pool area. The lifegurads and servers will just walk by. Overall it was a good get away but nothing here will make me say I need to go back. Also if you are wanting adults only go someplace else. You will be surrounded by kids yelling and screaming everywhere. At times it was not enjoyable.

Only downside was the food, it was horrible tbh best thing was the salad & hibachi. Also, the website was weird to make reservations for restaurants & you could only make one reservation every 7 days… but staff was really welcoming & the resort was really nice like a mini town, you dont have to leave.

Noisy machines make noise all night long if you stay at the El Beso section. Can't have quality sleep because of the noise.

Amazing resort! The staff members were so helpful, nice and honestly went above n beyond during our stay. We had an issue regarding with our reservation restaurant and they so kindly let us reschedule it with no issues. We stayed in the el beso resort mind you this resort is a combine stay with family, privilege, and el beso members. We just have our own building and own pool bar. If you are expecting 0 kids that’s not here. However we didn’t notice an issue with it the resort was big enough you didn’t even notice it. They do have a breakfast option only for el beso members (no kids) and I believe dinner too there. Keep in mind all restaurants have a dress code they weren’t strict on it however they did turn people away when coming to lunch in swim suits. There’s a moment around 3:30-5:30 (unless Route 66 is closed then 6:30) so bring nice closes for all eating options only laid paid is the buffet for breakfast.
