The resort was beautiful and an amazing getaway! From the variety of food options including the buffet and à la carter restaurants, to all the amazing activities provided by the entertainment staff, the service of the workers and wonderful room I couldn't recommend a better resort to stay at!

Property was very nice, the Mayan show was awesome! Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would say that the buffet they have is going to be the best food they have on the resort but the other places were not bad. The main down side would be how rocky the beach was, there was a lot of seaweed when we went but that’s just the season we went in. Overall I’d say the resort was a 9/10

Only downside was the food, it was horrible tbh best thing was the salad & hibachi. Also, the website was weird to make reservations for restaurants & you could only make one reservation every 7 days… but staff was really welcoming & the resort was really nice like a mini town, you dont have to leave.

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise and had an absolutely fabulous holiday from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and provided the perfect setting for a fantastic getaway. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made a difference and helped make our holiday so special. Everything about our experience was fantastic, from the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere to the food, facilities, and overall service. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. A huge thank you to all the team at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our holiday so memorable. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday! 🌴☀️🍹

Andrea was the absolute BEST, she assisted with each part of my stay. She deserves a raise if we’re being honest. Additionally the rooms are top tier and it’s always activities going on to stay engaged. The food was on point? Shrimps, fish everything. One of the resorts I’ve visited this year with swims up bar in the pool and swim out pool from my room. Definitely will return.

This was our first stay at this hotel and would like to say we did enjoy our time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was also very clean and was kept that way throughout our stay. Just to say that Iram ? who kept our room tidy done some amazing towel creations of animals. It was nice to see when people were smoking on their balcony and by the pool they were informed of the rules about not smoking and only smoke in the designated areas by the staff. It was my wife's birthday and it was nice that a little something was done in the room for her. The food in the buffet was mostly good but sometimes was a challenge for my wife to put evening meals together because she is a fussy eater. She did not have this problem in the H10 hotel we stayed in Jamaica. The restraints that we ate at were very good with good food choices. The beach was clean and tidy. The sea had lots of rocky areas but were smooth to walk on but wearing beach shoes solved the problem. There are some sandy areas as well in the sea. Good place to do some snorkelling. Just like to thank the Arely and Marlene for there help with extending our check out time and also Donny in the bowling area. Overall had a great time.

The property was amazing the swim put was everything I needed the staff was very mice and helpful and my butler Azis was absolutely wonderful. The food was probably the best Ive had at any all inclusive I have stayed at. The spa is also very beautiful I got a facial and full body massage both CHEFS KISS! they even gifted us with a face wash and and toner set to take home! El Beso made my birthday very special Thanks so much! I will be returning!!

Using Expedia got our group upgraded to the privilege status at this property, saving around $600 and providing us with multiple extra services. This included unique dining options, exclusive lounges, and services, like booking reservations for us. Overall, the stay was great, with only minor issues here and there, but nothing too serious. Service in some restaurants was a little slow, and some of the food could have been better, but most restaurants did not have that issue.

LOVED THIS RESORT! Overall everything was amazing. I did the adults only and definitely worth it, although I went during the wrong time when the seaweed season arrived. The resort did its best to clean the beach. But overall the pool was amazing, room amazing, and not to forget the amazing staff members. The only con I say is the check in was slow having one person check in everyone for the adults only but still they were very helpful and explained everything! 10/10 definitely come check out El Beso! (Even if you don’t do the adults only it’s an amazing stay!)

The entire staff was extremely phenomenal, the shower in our room was amazing, and having a pool in our back door was a plus but unfortunately that’s all we enjoyed. There was no night life for us adults, it’s advertised as “adults only” and that is a lie. Kids, teens everywhere! Food was 4/10. Not ONE good dessert. Walking out to the ocean was a no-go: there’s a small drop you gotta get over in order to get to the water. AC in all buildings and restaurants could not keep up with this heat- sweating at all times while trying to dine.
