"Room was average (closer to a 3-star, garden view), but housekeeping was good. The resort claims to be all-inclusive, but there’s a noticeable class system in many areas, which takes away from the experience. Staff were a mix—some very kind, but overall service didn’t feel truly all-inclusive.
Expect frequent and aggressive pitches for expensive long-term memberships. Nightly entertainment felt repetitive. Food was especially disappointing for vegetarians, and we even encountered rancid ingredients once at “She” restaurant.
Pool seating is also heavily tiered, which felt unusual compared to other resorts. Overall, not the all-inclusive experience we expected."
