The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the famous bathhouses, restaurants, and the charming canal, making it incredibly easy to enjoy everything this wonderful town has to offer. One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Kinosaki while returning each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable hotel. Every interaction with the staff reflected the warmth and care for which Japan is known. If you’re planning a visit to Kinosaki Onsen, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It combines outstanding service, comfort, and an ideal location to create a truly unforgettable experience. "Pretty impressed with their thoughtfulness and excellent service! Deposited my luggage with them before check in so I could go sightseeing. When I came back to check in, they told me they had already transported my luggage to my room! In addition, they offered me a hot towel and a choice of free welcome drink (you can choose from beer to soft drink or a snack). The breakfast is wonderful too! Piping hot miso soup based hotpot served with dishes made from local ingredients. Only drawback is it is a 10 min walk from Toyooka JR Station."
