"Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by bed bugs in our room. In the mornings for our first two nights we had woken up with bites around our bodies, we did not think too much of it and wondered if we had gotten mosquitoes bites or some other insect. However after the third night and continued new bites appearing we went and checked in the bed and found bed bugs crawling around. We notified the host and they offered a refund but we would have to leave the property as they had nothing else available. We decided to sleep on the floor of the room as we were unable to find any other accommodations on such short notice. The disinfectant process for all of our belongings was nothing short of hell. The room and location were great, but ruined for obvious reasons. Do not recommend."

"I booked because of having a satisfactory stay last year. I was offered an upgrade on my original reservation and I accepted and paid. The room was of good size as I expected, however, the tub/shower was a very awkward arrangement, being in the room behind a sheer curtain. Plus, the tub was an old cast iron tub, set high, difficult to get in and out of, and was not leveled to the floor with a rocking motion every time a step was taken. A very convenient location, however not worth the extra I paid for upgrade"

"Staff were super friendly and accommodating.Room was very clean. I felt safe as they had the front doors locked with a key code for access. Bed made and garbage taken every day. Good fo solo travellers. Cute, Boho neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation."

"The room was great, during my stay my bed was freshly prepared for me. The bed was soft, warm and had that warm comfort feel. The bathroom was small, but clean, the shower was powerful and felt fresh. The amenities like the could have a better selection of choices of tv channels to watch. The following morning, the breakfast was an extra choice but had some good selection including a good cooked selection too.. The dinner was great too, with a deal of a trio of just 28 euros for a drink a large selection of entrees, the main course and dessert. The highlight of the evening was the reception staff, they were very welcoming and always made sure I enjoyed my stay. Also a big shout out to Nelson for the restaurant and his colleague I just loved his hosting and engagement with his customers. "
