. Great experience. Staff were good, rooms were cleaned, pools were clean, Food was good overall. Would be nice to include evening shows and change buffet breakfast food menu occasionally. Poolside service was good, but they need to be more aware and ask every guess (dont ignore guests, next to others, looks really bad) if they need service, food or drinks.Activities team ( Urias, Francisco and all) did really good too! "The best resort experience in every possible way. The rooms are lovely, the grounds are pretty, the pools are relaxing, and the food is top shelf (every single meal was a standout). But what really makes Zadún shine is the service. Everyone is beyond pleasant, cheerful, helpful, accommodating and caring. They do go out of their way to make any special celebrations noteworthy. I cannot say enough, or find enough properly effusive adjectives, to give the staff and resulting atmosphere due credit....

"This hotel is beautiful small oasis in the middle of San Jose del Cabo. Architecture and interior design are wonderful. Lots of interesting art and sculpture and blooming bougainvillea around. Pool, bar, restaurant are excellent. Courteous and helpful staff. Highly recommended."
