“The staff is so kind! Room was perfection and clean! Cant beat the views and access to beach!”

“This is the most chill, relaxing, friendly place in the entire costa azul area”

“We had stayed at the Krystal Grand a few years ago and really enjoyed it so we decided to go back and stay in the Altitude Tower this time! Unfortunately is was not at all as we expected. The rooms in the Tower (a supposed upgrade) reeked of mold and when we changed rooms the mold was just as bad as in the second room as it was it first! The rooms are not only outdated but poorly maintained! The rooms with private pools offered no privacy at all and didn't have a patio sitting area! The pool in...

“Had a great time and food was decent I will be back!”

“Great Value! Clean and very quiet with a pool - but no bar or gym or dinner restaurant. My room (411) was spacious and had fridge/micro/stove/AC but no safe. Water pressure is medium but satisfactory and hot, but this is not luxury. Rooms are functional not pretty, so if you want a resort atmosphere don't expect it. Repeat: this is a basic hotel so if you want a really nice resort, keep looking. For a hotel, it is fine and very comfortable. Bed was excellent. Sheets/towels/room/hallway...

“Bar not having modelo”

“Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and...
