“The air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it uncomfortable at times. I also think the restaurant reservation system could be improved to be more efficient and user-friendly. The French restaurant, which required an additional fee, was disappointing—the steak was overcooked and dry. The service was also not great, as the staff handled the plates roughly. There were very limited activities available, with the pool being pretty much the only option.”

“The Dolphin View room had an unpleasant musty smell. The bed sheets were clean, but they were faded and looked worn out. The room itself felt outdated, which made the overall stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. The “mini bar” was barely a mini bar at all — it only included one bag of chips, a small pack of peanuts, and one pack of Oreos. When we requested additional items, the staff said they would provide them, but nothing was ever delivered. At checkout, the male staff member was also quite...

“We had a wonderful time! Most definitely coming back asap. Everything about our experience was top notch . I are already planning our next trip!”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Paradisus Cancun. The staff were so helpful and genuinely gave good vibes. Initially , i was sceptical about the food especially with having a 2 year old toddler. I can report that the buffet was amazing. Isreal, our family concierge was a 10/10. I can’t say we’ll be back again cos I’d love to see the other resorts but we’ll never forget Paradisus. Only tiny tiny negative were the day time calls to check in on us - a bit annoying when you have a toddler who’s...

“Good room”
