"Very old, many broken thing Aron the room , lots of mould on the walls and on the pillows. My air conditioner did not work at all, it was blowing hot air, and making lots of noise, it was impossible to sleep, the AC was maybe 40 years old, I have pictures of it. The windows didn’t close properly and the room was full of mosquitoes. I asked them to change my room and they refused. I insisted and they changed my room on Tuesday at 8.00 pm few hours before I left . For the whole time I stayed there I didn’t get any sleep. The staff is very rude and they do not speak English, Italian or Spanish at all. They o ly speak their language, and they are not willing to help or trying to understand the customer need. When I checked in they gave me the room already knowing the air conditioning wasn’t working. That machine is 59 years old and there is no way they didn’t know it was not working. I had a terrible experience. "

"Rooms are very clean, staff were very helpful. Only issue is with property which seems to be old and copule of things in the room were broken."

"For the price I was expecting to find the property in better conditions. It was still pretty good, but a few items could have been better, like the air conditioning wasn’t turning down or up, it was always the same intensity. We also had a couple of issues with the safe, bit these were taken care by maintenance. The location of the hotel is a big plus, close to mane great local restaurants. Staff was great during the whole stay. The views from the room and the roof top is amazing. "

"Issues we had with this "5-star" hotel: 1. The check-in process is laboriously slow; 4 people ahead of me and it took more than an hour to get through with 2 people handling checkin. Had to fill out the same personal information that was provided when I booked. Total waste of time. 2. The water in the shower did not drain - the slope was away from the drain 3. The cap around the water control for the shower was loose. 4. Water was not hot and had to call maintenance twice. 5. Coffee/tea was not stocked well and no black tea. 6. I booked an ocean front room and we were given a room overlooking the parking roof! Yes, if you step out on the balcony and look left, you can see the ocean! Total bait and switch."

"Everything and everyone fantastic! Only thing you guys need more attention to cleanliness of pool area including pool, you need someone to act as pool boy and clean and take care of water inside pool every day , specially a pool this small. It’s wonderful but its dirty."
