"My stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The cleaning staff were always attentive and constantly making sure everything was clean and well maintained. The staff in general were very friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to answer my questions and assist whenever I needed anything.
The location was excellent, only about two blocks from Copacabana Beach, which made it very convenient to enjoy the area. I also felt that the area around the hotel was safe. There was always a security guard outside keeping an eye on the entrance and helping ensure the safety of the guests.
The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. Everything was very clean, elegant, and there was a great variety of food to choose from.
The pool is beautiful and a great feature of the hotel. Unfortunately, it rained constantly during the days I stayed, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it as much as I would have liked.
The only area that I think could use some improvement is the gym. The equipment and facilities are quite old and could definitely benefit from an update.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The location, cleanliness, friendly staff, security, and breakfast made it a great experience. I would definitely stay here again, while keeping in mind that the gym and some of its facilities are older and could use some renovations."
