“This property was perfectly located close to a bus stop which allowed easy transportation to destinations and train station. The rooms were nice and very affordable. Although there is no staff to speak to in person, they were very responsive to messages sent in the chat function online.”

“It was a perfect place for our family trip. Location was perfect (right around the corner was a tram stop easily accessible to all places in Zurich) room was exactly the same condition as shown in photos. Crystal clean. Easy access for self check-in. Safe area. Easy check out system. During our stay had questions for late check out and luggage storage and the staff was easily contacted and very helpful. (Late check out can be confirmed on the day of check out and only 1 extra hour was possible.)...

“The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay if expectations are lowered, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children due to the atmosphere. This feedback is...
