Very good resort, food was delicious, staff was incredible, room was always clean. Even sometimes twice a day they would clean. Beach was amazing

It has been about 2 years since last visit to Pearl and there are visible wonderful changes.We were met by the bell boy who took us into the lobby to get checked-in.I saw a familiar face, Guest Services Manager Daniel Sanchez who used to work at RM before and it was clear why there was such an improvement.He knows how to welcome new and returning guests.Daniel checked our reservation and gave us un upgrade to the room so we got Master Suite with amazing location nearby all the activities and restaurants.The updates include beautiful coffee bar at the lobby with wide selection of coffee options,deserts and juices.The new lobby bar is another great improvement,wonderful alcohol options from everywhere in the world and very welcoming and great bartender Mauri mixed amazing drinks while telling us things we did not know about Mexico culture.All staff, waiters, bartenders, chefs and managers are very caring people.Claudia and Christian were amazing and we never had to wait long to get a drink.Pool entertainment was just like I remembered from 2017,sexy fun games where couples want to participate and it is entertaining to watch.That deserves 5 stars on itself.This trip we had an opportunity to see the Erotic Night Show.Without getting into too much details, I’ll just say WOW!What an incredible sensual and seductive experience!Highly recommended!I think Pearl will be our new home away from home as it still kept the vibe we fell in love years ago and what keeps us coming back.
