The property is a little out of the way, but for a couple who like to spend time with themselves it is excellent. Japanese restaurant is one of the best in the world for quality of food.Hotel Breakfast, there is a big variety, but most of it is not hot enough. I asked the chef to make banana pancakes for me. He was very helpful and they were delicious. Staff at this hotel are polite and care about everything and go out of their way to make sure you are happy Rooms are very good, clean and tidy Overall, our stay was great not overly expensive close to Balinese food outlet, 10 minutes from the airport and probably 10 minutes from Jimbaran Beach. look out for special discounted room rates. The hotel promptly answered our questions via email before we even arrived in the country. Our driver Adi sent us a WhatsApp when we arrived to let us know where he was waiting. We were so impressed with the breakfast buffet, the room, the friendly and professional staff and the POOL!

A Simply Stunning Stay – A True Hidden Gem Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The location is right in the heart of the action, yet it somehow manages to feel completely peaceful and serene – a perfect blend of energy and escape. The facilities were out of this world – beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and effortlessly luxurious. From the pool to the dining areas, every space felt thoughtfully curated for relaxation and indulgence. What truly set the experience apart, though, was the incredible service – especially from our butler, Ari. His personal attention, warmth, and care made our stay feel truly special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made everything seamless and stress-free. We left feeling genuinely relaxed and already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommended!
