"We stay a night in family room, very large and clean . Although it is main road with busy traffic the hotel is behind Japanese restaurant set in nice green ambient and was quiet to relax. Staff is very kind and professional.. "

"Maya Ubud was breathtaking, it felt like paradise. I loved waking in the morning and going out onto the terrace and hear all the birds. the people were friendly; they couldn't do enough for me. "Everything was perfect at this venue. Customer service, food, cleanliness, etc... I have been to many resorts around the world including 5 star venues in major US cities, but it's hard to find a service that comes close to this. I can't even begin to name every staff here who made our stay absolutely perfect. Arya, Miku, Lia, Rita, and everyone else (I can't remember all the names but they were ALL amazing) worked very hard to address any questions or request to make sure every minor detail to my stay was met. I would not even think twice to book here again and recommend my family and friends here."
