Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again.

The team were very welcoming and made my short stay perfecto! Even after a storm hitting the area, the landscaping was quickly and thoughtfully restored. The grounds are gorgeous with local plants and the pool area spacious and vey relaxing. The breakfast was a delightful and delicious combination of traditional Mexican and American favourites.
The room was ‘design forward’ with everything you could want for comfort.
The very awesome thing that really set Paradisus Los Cabos apart for me was welcoming my small dog Cheeky and providing her with doggie essentials. Gracias for your all your wonderful service and kindness’s!!
