Location is amazing - close to the beach and shopping.

The property is located in a wonderful area where you can walk to multiple places to eat and play on the sandy beach. The Monkeypod was yummy! The room was roomy and comfortable. Having a Starbucks in the building was amazing!

I love the Sheraton, in particular because I have a young child…. The pool is the best for kids (although the water is constantly too cold!! That is one thing I wish they could change about this hotel). The jacuzzi is large though and there are two of them. The beach access is great, and there is a Lawson’s to get snacks. One of the biggest perks I love if you have a young child is that they have actual mini cribs instead of those gross pack n plays that you can’t sanitize. I would stay here for the crib alone because it is clean and way more comfortable for the kids/babies to sleep in. It’s 39” long for anyone who needs to know. Also, the fact that this hotel is right by Island Vintage is a huge benefit… we got food/coffee from there every single day because it is amazing.

This hotel is right in the heart of Waikiki, centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and 3 min walk to the beach. The rooms were very clean, I liked that every morning the cleaning staff didn't come so early! We'd be gone by 10am close to 11am and they are just hitting our floor. We stood on the 17th floor. But it was great, not having them knocking waking you up or feeling rushed. My only 2 complaints, the staff really didn't do much to control the kids running around the pool/spa area. Since the parents didn't say anything to correct their kids and I didn't want to go snitch on anyone. I just would of been nice, for the staff to remind the children to be more courteous when other guest are out wanting to enjoy their pool or spa time. The rooms were very clean, the views were nice! I wouldn't rent a car to park here as they don't offer public guest parking, only valet at $60 a night.

Excellent service, great location but our room view is slightly blocked by another hotel. Still stunning. There are some insects in the room or on the bed; I have been bitten and have many bumps.

The staff members were really kind and helpful to us in all the little ways that make staying somewhere a good experience. They provided extras like beach gear, free laundry access and supplies, luggage storage for many hours before our flight after checkout. The cleaning crew offered extra cleanings after our mistake deposited sand all over the bathroom with a smile and a “please don’t worry about it” attitude. The location of the hotel cannot be beaten. It is just a block from the best part of the beach in Waikiki. It’s across from the Hyatt which is a meeting spot for many excursions. The best little restaurant and bar (Shore Frye) is a half block away. If you, like us, realize that your trip to Waikiki is heavily packed with excursions and you won’t be in the room except to sleep, this hotel is perfect. The beds are comfortable. It is an older hotel and it shows but the price is right and the staff makes the experience of staying there a good one.

Waking up at Paradise Bay Resort felt like stepping into the pages of a well-worn romance novel. Tucked away on the lush windward side of the island, this private hideaway was embraced by the breath taking majestic Ko'olau Mountains. The staff was beyond exceptional!! Honestly Auntie Marissa went above and beyond to help us and our 4 year old feel welcome and comfortable! She gave incredible suggestions on where to visit! To be honest if I was the owner of this resort I would give both her and Uncle Danny and his beautiful voice a promotion, and employees of the year!!! The kindness and warm Aloha we received by them was unmatched by any where else on the island of Oahu!! I would honestly give 20 stars if that was an option!!! The Captain and Deck hand were both incredible and knowledgeable about the island they also gave us a warm aloha! I highly recommend going on their snorkel and sand bar tour!! We saw sea turtles and went snorkeling over the coral reef !! I hope that they continue to offer their services for years to come!!! The deck hand shared beautiful history of the mountains. They had snacks and drinks and even considered food allergies as my husband has celiac.They were also patient with my daughter!! Very considerate!! if your afraid of bugs or nature stay in Waikiki!! However if you love nature like us want to stay in a rainforest become one with nature and bugs don't bother you this is your dream relaxation vacation!!!

There was a huge hidden fee that this hotel charged me for. I was charged $307 and they told me that was for the deposit so I was okay with it because I knew I would get it back after my stay. Until the next day I saw I was charged another $100 and I asked them about that and now they said that the $100 was for the deposit and that the $307 was a “resort fee”. Which they couldn’t even elaborate what the resort fee included. Very scammy of them. And the manager or the clerk area was not friendly at all. Also there was construction going at during my stay so it was insanely loud and kept me up. The walls at this hotel are also very thin and you can hear everything next door
