Location was near the station, about 5-10mins walk. Room was clean and spacious. having washer and dryer in the room was a plus too! The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. Also, they have free umbrella use for rainy day. And we also utilized their baggage delivery service upon check out( with a fee) . Will stay here again!

Not really any hotel amenities if you are looking for a restaurant or gym but great for a family stay. Spacious and clean rooms with a kitchenette. Vey quiet and cozy. Staff are so nice and helpful and stored our luggage before our late flight home, it was vey close to train station.

This was by far the best hotel we had in our 2 week trip to Japan. The room comes with a kitchen and washer/dryer perfect for a small family of 6. The staff were helpful, the hotel was very clean, public bath was great with free toothbrush, shaving cream, shaver, and Dyson hair dryer. Overall, very jelp with this place. We highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located and was easy for our family of 5. There are plenty of places to eat and go within walking distance. Staff were fantastic and very kind and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer in the room and they dried all of our clothes which was appreciated. Breakfast is not included so be prepared to find food in the area. There is a 7-11 around the corner but if you want a sit down breakfast you need to find a place that is open early enough. We also had an issue with a lot of places closed on Monday and Tuesday which was when we were staying in the area.

We stayed at the Habitat. There was no staff to assist. Signage only says check out but no check in so it was confusing, We had to seek help from the nearby friendly Karin Onsen staff. This is okay but it would be better if we were informed in advance.

Excellent hotel. Close to Shibuya Station and the Scramble, but feels calm and restful. Terrific staff and very well appointed rooms.

OK, so the Hotel Niwa in Tokyo is a literal oasis in the middle of the city and it felt so restful to return to this sanctuary at the end of a long day of the spectacular noise and visual overload of Tokyo. From the lobby (and the super helpful staff there), to the breakfast buffet to the lovely tradition-inspired room design, I found this whole experience to be exemplary. There is no ground-floor window or glass door you can look out through from inside and not see greenery, foliage, water displays, wooden walkways, and under-stated beautiful lighting. When I needed help with taxis (because, for some reason, the GO Taxi App wouldn't work in Tokyo, no matter where I was or how many times I tried) and with directions, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got to where I wanted to go, including walking me out the front door straight into the taxi and sending me off with a respectful bow. The food at the breakfast buffet represented every possible kind of food a visitor or a local might want in the morning - small cozy dining room, greenery out the window, tastefully decorated, and unobtrusive staff making sure everything stayed stocked. Delicious and pleasant! My room, in tasteful white and pale wood tones, had plenty of space and the bathroom, likewise, a good size with all the amenities and comforts you would want. Honestly, I have no notes for anything that needed fixing or tweaking - this hotel did everything right on my June 2026 visit.
