Close to public transport. Staff is very helpful. Hotel lounge on 38th floor has a nice view for breakfast or an apetizer before going out for dinner.

We enjoyed our stay at this location and neighborhood. It's quiet, and still feel safe when wandering late at night in the area. It is not too touristy, allowed us to experiencing what the local would do. The in-room laundry is great! We dont need to worry about laundry during the stay.

Hotel was great- nice rooms and great staff. Fitness center was a little small- but not crowded and good equipment. Breakfast buffet was great- would add waffles or pancakes.

Prince hotels are always a positive experience. I always enjoy my stay at a Prince hotel! The only downside to staying here would probably be the laundry room. Only 5 washers and 5 dryers. Not enough for all the guests trying to wash their clothes. Plus the dryers were not powerful.

Overall very good experience and staff always polite and helpful. The drawback is the lack of outdoor spaces useable in Summer. Even the swimming pool is only open for 3.5 hours. Spending the entire day inside is unpleasant every day and greater use of the pool area is really essential

The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The room was great and spacious. Excellent property! Walking distance from the trían station. I highly recommend.

Spacious. Clean. Friendly staff. Quite a walk to the station which is a bummer after a long day. But we loved proximity to Ueno park and the street market.

Last minute reservation and i could barely get a room, so it's my fault I got a smoking room

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed for 8 nights while visiting Tokyo (two adults, in two beds). While the rooms aren't huge, they are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large enough for one person, with good water pressure. My only criticism of the room is that it needed more storage space. There are two desks (one of them extended as needed), but not drawers or closet. We were given two hangers, and needed to request more (the clothes could be hung on bars around the walls of the room). Living out of a suitcase for 8 days wasn't easy. Service was excellent. At one point, we needed to switch rooms because the air conditioning unit was making an intermittent buzzing noise every 3-5 minutes overnight (similar to a cell phone on vibrate). The staff very quickly switched our room and we slept comfortably after that. In addition, we had trouble with the safe (it kept locking, and the code didn't work to open it again) - again, the staff (Rea) helped with a smile. Finally, the amenities were nice. There was instant coffee in the room, but an excellent coffee machine (which also served espresso and capuccino) in the lobby. There was free wine and sake from 5-7pm, and some snacks from 7-9pm. Wish there was a gym! Local gyms were $20-30/visit. It is in a very central location, steps from Kanda Station, and a 20 minute walk to Tokyo Station and Akihabra. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was reasonably priced and comfortable. Worth a booking!
