Staff were amazing! Everyone knew us by name. Food was excellent, lots of choices. Lots of activities, very clean, lots of restaurants to choose from.
Only complaint was the railing going into pools was not always to edge of pool, bad knee so this would have been very helpful.

The Expedia team was great. But the hotel staff was less than adequate. I had two rooms one got robes, treats, face towels, and slippers. The other had none of this and there was damage to the wall. The hotel did nothing when informed of the issues.

I have food allergies, and I was assigned a culinary staff to accommodate all my meals and allowed me to preorder to make sure my food was gluten free! The staff was so friendly and helpful, everything was so clean and the food was amazing. I would definitely come here again.
