Beautiful resort, club 91 is a great addition. Staff are very professional and respectful, helpful. Gorgeous beach and a beautiful pool.

Simply the best. The service is next level. Special Thank You to our butlers Monse, David, and Omar! They are amazing. Here is a breakdown of key areas: Beaches: 5 out of 10 (not Ziva’s fault; we chose to go in May knowing the sargassum could be bad and it was). Service: 10 out 10. Monse, David, and Omar really go the extra mile. Food: 9 out of 10. Very high quality and good variety. We stayed away from the buffet due to all the kiddos so this rating is limited to the restaurants. Special thanks to Victor at Lorenzo’s and Alexis at Chevy’s! Fitness: 10 out of 10. Best fitness classes we’ve ever participated in Cancun. Eduardo and Gustavo will really work you out and I am not talking aqua aerobics. I am talking HIIT, Tibata, CrossFit, and many more! Drinks: 8 out of 10. We’re not big drinkers, so this isn’t that important to us. Aracely at the Punta Vista pool (adults only) is amazing! Cleanliness and Comfort: 10 out of 10. The staff is super attentive. If we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door during the day, we received a courtesy call in the evening to make sure we didn’t need anything. Overall this is one of the best resorts we’ve been to in Cancun. It is on the pricier side, but this case, you get what you pay for. When the sargassum isn’t bad, it is also 2 of the best beaches in Cancun. We’ll definitely be back!
