Amazing! Can’t wait to go back.

Run! this is listed as 5 stars trust me, it's not. the only good thing here is the staff. they advertise 6-7 restaurants open daily there was only 3. the beach is full of Sargassum. which made the entire resort smell like poop. the resort has overpriced scamming taxi services for you to leave the resort. the food is horrible. the swim outs are dirty and anybody from the beach can literally jump up to the swim out

1. Beach - poor. Beautiful but water was smelly (you have dolphins on site, their pool water drains straight into the beach water) and not pleasant to swim in. Part of the beach has a very rocky bottom. The other side of the resort beach was a long walk to the water and mostly locals swimming. There are many non-resort guests walking in very close proximity to beach loungers, the resort, and swimming on "resort" beach. 2. Room - clean, comfortable, good view (we did not upgrade to water view, but still had a good view from the cheapest standard room) . Room was serviced consistently, turn down service was consistent except the first night. 3. Staff was friendly, polite, made balloon animals and swords for kids, which was a nice touch. 4. Food - only liked Habaneros and Tradewinds. Cafe had good tea and coffee and the sweets place had a tasty cheesecake. The food everywhere else did not taste very good. Buffet had a very limited selection of food. We did not like it and stuck with Tradewinds for breakfast and dinners. 5. Kids club - had a few slides, territory for the club was tiny. They had good activities (bead Keychain, tie-dye t-shirts, water obstacle course). However, it seems they give priority to kids signed into kids club and everyone else goes on "waitlist". 6. Entertainment - poor and not child friendly. 7. Had some dishonest staff members regarding prices for dolphin swim and spa. Better resorts available in same price range.
