"It’s definitely a good place. However, if you are looking for a more luxury location this is probably not the place. It’s slightly dated, the buffets are crowded but the food was pretty good. There are 4 bars, 2 close at 6PM the other 2 close at 11PM. The lobby bar was packed and was one of the bars open until 11, the other one open late is sort of hidden. The place could use some renovations, and maybe more air conditioned cool spaces. Its quite a far walk from the main strip of the hotel zone (Coco bongo, Sẽnor Frog, etc.) but the uber is 10 minutes and only around $8 Overall, its a pretty good budget option but i found myself sort of wishing i had spent a bit more for a notably better quality resort . "

"The place was clean and friendly, and I had no issues during my stay. The staff was very helpful and had a great attitude toward guests, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that I wasn’t aware of the check-in deposit—it would’ve been helpful if that was clearly mentioned in the hotel description. Other than that, they also helped us book a trip through their agency, which was a nice plus."
