Room and bathrooms are pretty old. I saw mold in the bathroom. They try to keep it clean. Staff are very friendly. Food is ok in the tropical, but in the Caribbean, food is excellent. My kids love the pool with the slide. Overall the hotel is ok.

Website stated they had car rental on site, they do not. Workers did absolutely nothing to help or to rectify this issue.
