I'm grading this hotel based on the fair price I paid, not comparing it to the resorts where I paid double or triple price per stay. Its located close to the airport and water activities, you can take a bus any time to those. Ladies- bring shampoo and conditioner as they only provide shower gel and hand soap. Expedia travelers- you have a complimentary room upgrade and they ALWAYS have an extra room for you, remember that, so just ask. Big thanks to Leonardo M the manager for helping us with an upgrade. Food was good for the price of the hotel, everyone was very friendly. It's pretty loud in the room from the traffic outside and the traffic to the elevators inside. Its right on the beach, its pretty crowded as its public but the water is warm and very blue. Good hotel, not resort if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The resort was clean and beautiful. It was picturesque and had great spots for photos. The staff were friendly and the welcome team were amazing.
We opted for the swim out room and the view was cute.
We went to two restaurants and the food was not good.
