Small very clean and serene hotel. All the comforts a traveler would need, quieter area of the city but very close to subway station

Staff were friendly & the room was clean, tidy, and neat. The amenities around the area is great. The room we stayed at were enough room for a family of five. Would definitely stay there again.

Asuka was amazing help with her recommendations and kind attitude, all other staff was amazing as well

This place provided way more than I ever expected to receive from a hotel. From the moment we arrived the strive for 5 star service was evident. And they achieved it during our entire stay. The staff was always more than accommodating. The onsite dining options were some of the best meals we had in Japan. The garden was stunning and full of history. It was an amazing experience overall. Our sincerest thanks to the entire staff of this establishment, and a special thanks to Murakami San for his consistent personal efforts and time spent with us. This was a very special trip. We will certainly stay here again when we return.

We especially liked the lobby lounge overlooking an outdoor waterfall. Beautiful and serene. We had a corner room overlooking Tokyo Tower. It was great.

Conveniently close to shopping and train station

Loved our 6 night stay there so much we booked again for our last night. Very clean, has all the amenities you need, staff was super helpful and nice.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean and the basic room was only slightly smaller than a typical American hotel room. Fit two people with luggage without feeling cramped.
