This is not an all inclusive resort as it states. Most amenities are not available unless you have a membership with the hotel. The special restaurants prioritize members ,large tanning beds are $100 dollars per day. Rooftop pool is only accessible to members. They walk around offering coconuts for $9. Basically felt like a New York hotel. Spa treatments were priced as New York prices as well. Pools close early. Hotel overall is very Americanized didn’t really feel like Mexico. If you’re looking for the Mexican culture this is not it.

The property was beautiful and the amenities were amazing, but the genuine kindness of the staff and quality of service is what truly made our trip. Would recommend!
