My favorite hotel in NYC! I've stayed there a few times and on this most recent trip Catherine made my stay particularly enjoyable. Thank you!

Lovely large clean room with a small kitchenette Great neighborhood with so many restaurant options within walking distance. The subway is 3 blocks away. The staff was very friendly.

Great hotel, great staff but wow the roof top bar next to the hotel, very loud music till 4am in the morning not good when you have a full day ahead.

Staff were wonderful as always.

Room was clean, however hotel seems understaffed. Long wait for coffee service in the morning. Restaurant was fine, but forgettable.

Everyone from the valet to concierge to check in and the housekeeping staff exhibit the utmost care and full service you don’t often see in many hotels despite it being a service industry centering in hospitality. We were extremely taken care of and anything we needed were attended to smoothly and promptly. Love having text ability also for the service team to check in and let guests know they can easily have needs met easily and well met! Would happily recommend and look forward to staying again! The room we had was king suite with double pull out and the space was generous and the amenities and modern separate toilet area for Shower and sink area was greatly appreciated. Love the filtered water station and complimentary water bottles to take out while out walking around town! Such a great thought and truly appreciated. Love the in room newpreaso unit and filtered water dispenser. Amazing! Love the fluffy robes and slippers - so cozy and soft!!

Nice roomy hotel. Could use hooks/rods in bathroom and hallway and more bedding.

The staff here were awesome and you can’t beat the location if you have business at Lincoln Center. However, the bathrooms are the classic NYC size (tiny) and had some deteriorating plumbing and fixtures. The sinks are so badly designed they spray everywhere. It works for what it is, but the only reason they can charge so much is because of where it is.
