Paying for parking on a huge blacktop parking lot feels like a money grab but everything else was 5/5.

8/10 Very Good! (10,934 reviews)
This was my fourth time staying at The Grove, and the property itself is beautiful with great amenities. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing this time. The shower in the master bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the white patio furniture was visibly dirty, making it impossible to overlook.
I’ve enjoyed my previous stays here, which is why this experience was particularly frustrating. Management should take a closer look at the housekeeping standards and the performance of the cleaning crew to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive. The property has a lot to offer, but cleanliness should never be compromised.
Summary: Great property and amenities, but housekeeping needs significant improvement.
