One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, total pleasure. All other hotels will not and can not compare at this price point, period. This is the standard when it comes to family accommodations!

The hotel was perfect for our family of four. We loved the charming boutique style, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel felt new, was very clean, and we especially appreciated having a washer and dryer in our room. Highly recommend!

Good location & nice environment. Would be great if coin laundry is available & room clean-up be more thoughtful, like not repeatedly giving us more & more toiletries that we did not use. Having said, overall speaking it’s still very good.

Rooms are huge and views amazing. The bathroom is the largest I’ve seen in Japan. Very nice and super fancy but slightly dated. Still very impressive, incredibly attentive guest services and reasonably priced considering the level of service and room space. My only regrets were not being able to book the buffet and only going to the pastry counter only once. They had some amazing pastries at reasonable prices.

Nice hotel. Very clean but rooms are very small. Laundry machines were good.

The reception area is outstanding because of the design, ambiance and convenient cafe.

Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of small cafe and restaurants options. About a 8 min walk to subway. I’d stay there again if I stay in Kyoto. The hotel room was very spacious and very clean. My family enjoyed our stay very much.
