Enjoyed our stay everything was great!

Staff was awesome. We loved our stay

We were promised $200 in credit against a room upgrade for taking a tour of the facility and listening to a sales pitch to buy in to their vacation program. We did not buy the program and we felt that because we didn’t buy the program they refused to give us the credit we were promised. Our sliding door was broken when we got in the room. Maintenance had to come and fix the door so we could get out to our pool. We used the door a couple times and it broke again. Maintenance had to come again to fix the door. Our butler was the constant through our stay Rodney was impeccable. The bingo was a joke. You paid $10 for a single card and a broken piece of crayon to mark it. The entertainment was mediocre at best and it took 2.5 hours to play one game of bingo. Overall we were very satisfied with our accommodations and generally the staff and service was wonderful. I was extremely disappointed in the follow through on the commitment they made to us about the tour. We believe they took advantage of us. The tour and sales pitch took nearly four hours and used up almost our entire first day in Punta Cana.
