I really wish I could give this hotel 6 stars. I am normally happy to go home, but this trip I didn't want to leave. From my butler Cesar to the swim up pool bartenders to the staff in the restaurants to the dealers in the casino I have never met a better staff. If you are on the fence about this property, please take my advice and book it. I have been to beautiful resorts in many different countries, and this was the best. I did not have my daughter with me so I was at the adults only pool or on the beautiful beach. I will be returning with my daughter because I saw all of the great kid's activities they have on the kid friendly side of the resort. They even had a high-quality show on a big stage every night at 9 pm. that many people attended. The food and service were top notch, I highly recommend the drink called the Majestic. I normally don't write reviews, but I needed to take a few minutes to let others know what a gem this was. BOOK IT!!!! Maybe I will see you when I return :)

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort, especially after upgrading to the butler service. In my opinion, the butler service was definitely worth the extra cost. Anytime I needed anything, I could simply send my butler a message, and my request or any issues were taken care of almost immediately. It was so much more convenient than calling the front desk. The upgrade cost my friend and me US$387, and it also included a complimentary bottle of alcohol every day, which was a nice added perk. The only downside for me was the amount of seaweed on the beach each day. Because of that, we didn't spend much time at the beach. We mostly stayed at the main pool, which had a fun, lively atmosphere. Although there were quite a few missing tiles in the pool, it didn't take away from our overall experience. We also had access to the Elegance Club's adults-only pools, but we preferred the energy of the main pool. Even with kids around, we had a great time. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian restaurant, and the Japanese steakhouse was also excellent. The only minor complaint was that it got a little warm inside the Japanese restaurant. Check-in was quick and easy. I highly recommend completing the online pre-check-in before you arrive because it makes the process much smoother and faster once you get to the resort. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely consider staying here again.
