Riviera Nayarit Luxury Vacations

We did not realize at flamingos we only got access to half the resort & our sides beachfront restaurant was closed for renovation. But we upgraded and switched to the La estancia side to get full access to the amenities. But then our room was bare bones. We had no water or drinks (like we had in other room) but we had one broken coffee pod . Even when we told front desk they stalked the fridge which was nice, but no coffee. It was just odd and considering during the day the only coffee available is paid coffee at a Starbucks on sight it was kinda annoying not being able to have coffee in our room at an all inclusive

This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, there was no buffet as advertised, and the daily activities and on-site entertainment that were promised were either severely limited or pushed off-site. When we brought these issues up, the response was constant deflection and a generic free dinner offer that didn't begin to address the actual problem. We paid for a full all-inclusive experience. Not a stay with missing amenities and scripted apologies. Communication was poor, accountability was lacking, and the overall value just did not match what was advertised. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone expecting transparency, follow-through, or a true all-inclusive experience.
