EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! The team, from the concierge to the bartenders, the chefs, the food, the service!! Just PERFECT!!

Excellent property, we've been visiting for 15 years and we love it. This time though the staff seemed disconnected and rude. We are always welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, this time just a bottle of water and then served the wine just when asking. We travel as a big family and booked a studio and a 1 room suite, and as everyone who knows this property also knows this types of rooms when together can be connected as a big apartment. We were told we had them together just to find out this was not the case and had to ask for. it again just to be pushed further down and away from the beach. In addition we had two rooms with high discount on breakfast included on our rate, and we did not get it at checkin and given no other explanation other than their system did not displayed said discount and we were made to feel as if we were asking for something not deserved or as we were lying. We had to complain the entire week just to be refunded for the extra we had to pay at the restaurant at the very last day, not by a willingly, but patronizing staff I have to add. Half of our family had to leave days earlier and did the checkout one of the rooms, to our surprise we were denied access to our room when going back and had to complain to get access. Our beloved breakfast restaurant was closed and had to go to the neighboring hotel (also villa group) buffet which is bad, crowded and expensive. I hope you return to your service standards.
