Absolutely — here’s a tighter version that stays under 1,500 characters while keeping the fun and helpful details: This was my first time staying here, and I originally chose it because it was close to the Disney parks, but it honestly blew my expectations out of the water! At first, I thought the pool looked a little small for the size of the hotel, but there was barely anyone in it whenever we went. I also LOVED that it stayed open until 11 PM. After a long, hot day at the parks, being able to come back and cool off was perfect! The food was DELICIOUS! The turkey club was amazing. Allan, our waiter, was also fantastic—funny, friendly, and super quick. The drinks were a little pricey outside of happy hour, so definitely take advantage of the specials! They also offer shuttles to the parks, although we didn’t use them. I only have two tiny “complaints.” The shower handle was confusing because it turned both ways with no hot/cold indicator, so it took me a minute to figure out. 😂 The bed was also a little too firm for me, but that’s totally personal preference. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay. Great location, food, service, and atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed with family for a few days and enjoyed everything about the resort and cottage!

m extremely disappointed bc I stayed here just last month and had a completely different experience, which is why I trusted this resort again for my birthday trip. Problems started at check-in when my valid state-issued military ID, previously accepted here, was suddenly considered insufficient. Staff had us use my best friend’s ID/card instead, yet my card was still charged for the deposit without my authorization. Later, we were called and made to feel as though we hadn’t paid for our room despite having paid, signed registration and received keys. The original payment was still pending while multiple attempts were made to rebill us. Only 1 of 4 room keys worked, and replacements repeatedly failed. My daughter was even stuck on the balcony while I was locked outside the room. The unit had severely worn furniture, a bed that smelled like urine, a broken ice maker, screeching plumbing, extreme temperature differences and a spa tub that randomly turned itself on at night. I was made to cross the property in POURING rain to prove payment, only for the manager who told me to come down to have already left. I then had to call my bank based on incorrect information from the resort. The disruption was so significant that my birthday dinner plans had to be modified. Luis promised follow-up regarding compensation; I never received it. Eddie was the ONLY consistently pleasant employee. Even pool staff were openly argumentative with guests.
