โOur stay began with one of our party having to chase up information about the lockbox number, without which no access to the doorkey was possible. The information eventually reached us but failed to mention that the door locks to anyone on the outside when pulled shut, and this was only discovered later in the day when we were trying to get our child to sleep which was fairly disruptive.
