“The floater in the toilet tank was broken. The floater in the water tank does not work; therefore, causing the water to drain non-stop into the overflow pipe.
This appears to be an known issue as the water was shut off and needed to be manually turned on for the toilet to flush ,,, it was not never fixed.”

Checking in was not too convenient as we had to go to another hotel to get the key and we had to go to the other hotel to check out and for breakfast. However the staff were very nice. “Complete bait-and-switch. Do not stay here.
The photos online are entirely different from reality. They advertise beautiful riverfront rooms, but then they place you in a completely different location with no view at all. On top of the major misrepresentation, the room didn't even have basic amenities like coffee or tea sachets. Total scam—avoid this place.”
