โShelter Harbor was great! My favorite part was the van service to one of the prettiest and most private beaches I have been to in the Northeast!!โ
โThe room was very clean. Minutes away from the beach which was one reason why I stayed there. Good food from the restaurant next door (Venice). Continental breakfast in the morning; good coffee excellent English muffins and blue berry muffins. We've been going to Misquamicut beach for a while now. We used to stay in Connecticut, if we go back next year. We are staying at the Winnapaug Inn. โ
โIt's not fancy, but it has everything we need for a quick beach getaway. I come every year with my daughter. We love the easy access to the beach, the bar right on the beach, and everyone is so friendly. โ
โThis was such a great find. The rooms are immaculate. Theyโre not fancy by any means, but you can tell they take pride in cleanliness and presentation. The front desk staff were great, and they had a nice continental breakfast. I really liked the fact that we could park at the beach and have our own private section of the beach as well by staying there. I didnโt get to use the pool, but it had a nice area and upper deck to go with it. Would absolutely recommend!โ
โThis was a cute little beach hotel. Exactly what we thought it would be. Slightly outdated but clean and a super comfortable stay! Beach is walkable, staff was super friendly! Would definitely stay here again! Worth the reasonable price of being so close to the beach!โ
โConvenient property. Staff was great. Arrived early, and accomodated us while we waited for our room/check in time. Super quick and convenient. Room was clean and in great shape.
The sliding door lock for room 26 could use an update( a bit finicky to get in) otherwise would return

โRoom 31 was on the corner, so it had a lovely partial ocean view from the balcony. I got a lot of exercise going up the stairs to get to that level, which was good for me. The shower products were three oddly different scents: rum, peppermint and cilantro. I did mention this at checkout.โ
โThis hotel was very nice overall. Our room had a separate sitting area with the fridge and microwave.
I have a few minor complaints, but I still rate the property a 5. The TV was in a slightly weird location. The balcony was very narrow. The breakfast was just OJ, some bagels, and coffee. We ended up going out for breakfast. Other than these minor issues, I recommend the hotel.

โReally pretty hotel with comfy rooms, lovely to grab a glass of wine or two and sit on the patio or in one of the inside sitting areas. Convenient to local spots including the beach and town. โ
โThe entire staff was super polite and friendly upon arrival and when I checked out. They made the entire process super easy and stress free. I loved the space, it was in a very safe and in a great area with lots of restaurants/shops. The hotel was very clean and had free breakfast which was a great touch. I would absolutely book again!โ
