“The first disappointment was how close by the road was.It makes sense for an old hotel, but I found the constant noise and traffic unpleasant and certainly for sitting on the verandah. Also no breakfast is served which is mentioned on website though it definitely was not happening. And lastly I found it tacky to demand a dollar each for drinks in the beverage area.If it costs that much they could incorporate it in the room charge. It just seems unwelcoming”

“Nice room”

“Needs lots of upgrades/repairs”

“Room was very clean”

“This was quite an experience. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was phenomenal and the evening cocktail hour was a nice touch, both of which were included. Will stay at Embassy Suites again for sure.”

“The hotel was beautiful. They did well in maintaining the historic charm while incorporating modern comforts.”

“Property was conveniently located, staff was gracious and very helpful and overall the room was very clean.”

“It's in a great location and it's good value but the noise in the atrium is like an amplifier - all the rooms open on to this central atrium and the noise is truly unbearable. Would not stay here again”

“Service and employees much better than my last stay!! Everyone was personable. Night had a smile on their face and greeted me.”
