“This hotel did what we needed. It did not blow me out of the water, but for a reasonable price we were able to stay a short drive from Old Port. We appreciated the breakfast in the morning and the amenities such as fitness room. We did have an issue with the a unit leaking causing wet carpet and a musty smell. I mentioned it to them at checkout and they said they would have someone look at it. Don't know what would have happened if I mentioned it earlier, but we had a short stay so I didn't feel...

“Originally, the place didn’t seem terrible. the room looked nice aesthetically, the tv worked nicely, plenty of outlets and overall good location for food. My partner and I were deterred by the fact that the air conditioner was loud enough to the point of consistently waking us up, and I was going to take a shower and had to open the door to the manager of the building who suspected a leak coming from the room. I feel as though if my room was leaking, I could have called them instead of opening...

“Wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were a major plus guest services on point!! My airport transport was not honored when we left. That's okay. I found another way to make it back. Very comfortable beds. Super clean. Bathrooms were lovely with plenty of towels and amenities.”
