"We loved staying at Sunny Villas and as it is pretty new all the facilities are very current. Wira, who managed the property was incredibly helpful and was happy to assist us whenever we needed something. It is in a quiet location and although not that accessible on foot, it was only a short scooter ride into town, the beach and beach clubs. The villa was perfect for our stay as it had our own pool, bedroom and living area to chill. There is filtered water, kitchen, aircon and a massive shower. ...

"We liked our stay at Smaranala as a stopover to our next stay. The room was nice and the pool excellent. The atmosphere is difficult to understand as it seems to be directed at long-term residents and the expat community. It is located in a strange residential place, not really close to any shops or food opportunities (you´ll find them after a lot of walking in unlit roads). Unfortunately the breakfast was not included, which is always disappointing."

"Stayed in the 6 bed dorm. It was a bit of a mess with 4 other ppl's belongings taking up every imaginable surface but was lucky no one snored too badly as there's absolutely no sound proofing. Bring ear plugs. Bathroom was clean. Don't sit on the furniture outside as everything is crawling with ants"
