"I had such a wonderful stay at Cemara Hills. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The hospitality stood out the most—every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the experience memorable, especially Wawan! He was super helpful with our travel logistics the whole trip even picked us up from our airport and dropped us off in seminyak for our next stay at another place. The service was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and all the accommodations were thoughtfully provided.
