"Excellent service from every single staff. Rooms is Segara is spacious and well maintained. There are so many dining options with different crusine and we love Luna rooftop bar. The only setback is there is construction going on in the property but noise is kept to a minimum level. "

He was super helpful with our travel logistics the whole trip even picked us up from our airport and dropped us off in seminyak for our next stay at another place. The service was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and all the accommodations were thoughtfully provided.
